Shipping policy

1. Where We Ship
We currently ship across India. From metro cities to remote towns – if there’s a pin code, we’ll try to reach you.

2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays & public holidays). Once processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

3. Shipping Time

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Cities/Towns: 4–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: Up to 10 days max (we hustle, but sometimes India Post has other plans )

4. Shipping Charges

  • Orders above ₹999: Free shipping (we got you!)

  • Orders below ₹999: Flat shipping fee of ₹49

5. Tracking Your Order
After your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email/SMS with a tracking link. You can also track it under “My Orders” on our website.

6. Delays & Disruptions
We do our best to deliver on time, but delays may occur due to weather, festive season surges, or courier partner issues. If your order is MIA for more than 10 days, hit us up at bd.head@footloungeofficial.

7. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, we’ll contact you for re-shipping. Additional charges may apply.
