Refund policy
At Foot Lounge, we want you to love what you wear — but if it doesn’t fit, here’s how we’ve got your back.
1. Shipping Policy
- We ship across India using trusted courier partners.
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and usually delivered within 3–7 business days.
- You’ll receive a tracking number via email/SMS once the order is dispatched.
- In case of delivery delays beyond our control, we’ll keep you informed.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever comes first.
- Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
- For cancellation assistance, email us at bd.head@deekaygrp.com with your Order ID.
3. Return Policy
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- Wrong item received
- Damaged or defective product
- Size mismatch (only if product is unused and in original packaging)
Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery. The product must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- In original condition with tags and packaging intact
To request a return, please email us at bd.head@deekaygrp.com with photos and Order ID.
4. Refund Policy
- Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, a refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are made via the original mode of payment only.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Note: We do not offer refunds for socks once the packaging is opened, for hygiene reasons.
5. Exchange Policy
Need a size swap? No problem.
- We offer exchanges on footwear and socks (unopened) based on stock availability.
- Reverse pickup is subject to serviceability of your pin code. If not serviceable, self-shipping may be required.
